Decompiler.com provides an online decompilation tool designed to assist software developers with interoperability analysis, debugging, security research, and educational purposes. The service supports various file formats including JAR, CLASS, APK, DEX, EXE, DLL, PYC, Lua, and SourceMod plugins.

2. Permitted Use

This service is intended for lawful purposes only, including but not limited to:

• Interoperability: Decompilation to achieve interoperability with independently created software, as permitted under the U.S. DMCA §1201(f) and the EU Software Directive 2009/24/EC, Article 6.
• Debugging and error correction: Identifying and fixing bugs in software you are authorized to use.
• Security research: Analyzing software for vulnerabilities in accordance with applicable laws.
• Education: Studying how software works for learning purposes.
• Recovery: Recovering lost source code from compiled artifacts you own.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this service to:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including software piracy.
• Circumvent technological protection measures (DRM) for unauthorized purposes.
• Reverse engineer software in violation of applicable license agreements or laws.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Upload files that you do not have the right to analyze.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service's operation.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and license agreements in your jurisdiction. We do not verify the legality of individual decompilation requests.

5. File Retention

Uploaded files and decompiled output are stored temporarily on our servers and are subject to automatic deletion during routine disk cleanup. We do not guarantee the availability of any uploaded or decompiled content. You may delete your artifacts at any time using the "Delete" button.

6. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of decompiled output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decompiler.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or remove content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.
