A .NET assembly keeps its types, method signatures and metadata, which is what makes C# recovery possible; a binary compiled from C, C++, Delphi or Rust keeps none of that, and recovering readable source from it is a different problem this site does not solve. A disassembler such as Ghidra or IDA is what reads that code.
